We’d like to introduce you to Arthur. As a Royal Marine serving with both Lima Company 42 Commando and 6 Assault Squadron, Arthur was an active and extremely fit individual. He served in Sierra Leone aboard HMS Albion and was specially trained as a signaler in sophisticated military communications and data transfer. However a severe car crash in 2007 resulted in Arthur being paralysed from the waist down.

His is a story of overcoming adversity; in this video Arthur humbly discusses how he didn’t let anything stop him from courageously rebuilding his life and setting his sights on an active career in the media with Channel 4 not to mention gaining his pilots’ licence!
