Alex is the co-host of the BBC’s flagship programme, The One Show that airs daily at 7pm Monday through Friday. As a fluent Welsh speaker Alex began her career working for Welsh channel S4C where she presented a variety of shows. These included Tocyn, a stylised travel series offering alternative holidays; Chwa, a Welsh language extreme sport series; Salon a style and fashion programme and in 2010 she hosted The Big Welsh Concert.
