A Journalist, Comedian and Television Presenter with a likeable charm!

Best known for the award winning ‘The Last Leg,’ where he co-hosted alongside Adam Hills, the show won an RTS Award for being the best entertainment Show.

Born with an arm and hand disability and has a prosthetic leg, Alex continues to mentor vulnerable disabled people, by giving valuable advice about the importance of having confidence, a true inspiration.

Alex fronted Scope’s ‘End the Awkward,’ a national campaign which uses comedy to make light of the awkwardness that many people suffer with regarding their disabilities.

Alex Brooker Graduated from University in 2006, since then he started to work with the Liverpool Echo, and presented as a sports reporter. In 2012 he entered himself into Channel 4s Half a Million Quid talent search, the competition aimed to find disabled talent to present the coverage for the 2012 Summer Paralympic Games. During the 2012 opening ceremony, Alex was able to interview people such as Boris Johnson and David Cameron.

Since then Alex has appeared on many Television roles such as a co-host for Channel 4’s Television series, The Last Legs with Adam Hills. He hosted a one off series regarding people’s body image on Channel 4, titled Alex Brooker: My Perfect Body. In 2014 he co-presented the first series of the celebrity reality TV show, The Jump. As well as making several appearances on popular shows such as 8 out Of 10 Cats and Mock The Week. And many, many more.
