Wendy Gibson is a well-known face in the North East, where she anchors the evening news programme Look North. She also promotes the region's arts with a weekly Out & About feature, and presents coverage of the Great North Run.
Wendy has chaired the Entrepreneurs Forum with Richard Branson, and hosted the Business Innovation, National Training and Teaching awards. She is fluent in French, German and Italian.
Passionate about the North East, passionate about presentations, Wendy Gibson is a familiar face on television in the North. Fantastically versatile, Wendy MCs and facilitates many major awards, business and charity events in the region, including the North East Tourism awards, Business Exec of the Year, Audi Young Designer of the Year, National Training Awards as well as charity events for the Rainbow Trust.
