In 2005, Comedian Tom Allen won the competition, So You Think You're Funny in Edinburgh and went on to win the BBC New Comedy Award later that same year.

Since then he has performed at comedy festivals all over the world and has had his own solo show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for the past three years. A film and television regular, Tom writes, acts and performs.
