This event for approx 1500 UK Managers, with attendees from the far ranging areas of Technical, Head Quarters, Retail and Call Centres took place at The International Centre, Telford. Our brief was to provide suggestions for two Keynote Speakers speaking around the theme of 'The Future'. An important part of the brief required the chosen candidates to be able to open the minds of the audience to the future and it's potential opportunities - and to feel inspired by their vision and to be part of making it happen. Several months prior to the event, our client came to us with some suggestions highlighting the level of speaker they were seeking and after a relatively short period of time - having armed them with a lot of potential speakers to choose from, Dr. Patrick Dixon and Dr. Kjell A. Nordstr?m were offered the engagement. We then went to work to secure the best deal for the client. Both speakers tailored their presentations to the clients business and Patrick Dixon's presentation outlined the future prospects for this Telecom company and consumers in June 2015. He looked back over major events of the last 5 years, around world and further forward from June 2015 to 2020, with predictions for key internet/web experiences and consumer trends for 2020 Dr. Nordstr?m's presentation featured forecasts for economic trends into 2020 and the future shape of organisations - concerning innovation, talent and leadership. How businesses should shape themselves and what 'winning leadership' will be like. Dr. Nordstr?m also took part in a Q&A with delegates during their break for lunch. Client feedback for both speakers was excellent and they have certainly gained many fans as a result.
