Herbie Armstrong has been a musician all of his life, born in the same city as his friend Van Morrison, Herbie proved to be that rarity among popular musicians, an artist who maintained his status as a recording and performing star. Although a few speed bumps along the way in Herbie´s career he´s always managed to keep his music fresh and exciting.

He started out his music life working in Irish Showbands touring Ireland. And as pop became more popular he worked with the best including Mr. Van Morrison himself, they toured the world performing in arenas and appearing in television shows alongside The Blues Brothers, Dan Ackroyd and John Belushi. He joined Yellow Dog and then Fox before going solo.
