Dame Kelly Holmes (DBE) is a double Olympic gold winning British athlete. Specialising in the 800 and 1500 metre events, she won a gold medal for both distances at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. She has set British records in numerous events.

Before Kelly's double victory at the 2004 Summer Olympics launched her into the public eye, her career had been one filled with injuries and disappointments. However, her dedication and determination to achieve her lifelong dream saw her overcome all of this and realise her dream not once but twice. For her achievements she won numerous awards and was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 2005.

She imparts key information from her life as a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army, her Athletics Career and her role as The National School Sport Champion.
