Chris was Integrated Creative Director of Saatchi and Saatchi before he set up the UK's leading ethical marketing agency FEEL in 2002.
He is Chairman of the DMA Agency Council and sits on the board of the Direct Marketing Association, Europe's largest marketing trade body.
He is former chair of the Creative Council, sits on the Creative Forum and chairs the Entrepreneurs Marketing & Media Forum.
Chris has worked in numerous agencies over his 20 year career and with many of the world's top brands. With a string of awards to his name, he is a great believer that creativity is key to successful business and is not tame about speaking his mind and challenging the way the industry thinks. "The industry needs to constantly reinvent itself if it is to go forward and be respected."
Chris lectures around the world and has run creative workshops for clients as diverse as NatWest, P&G, Renault, NBC and the BBC News team.
Highly proactive, he devised the 'Open Minds' seminars and 'An introduction to DM and Integration' for the DMA and was a founder of the integrated student workshops for D&AD, the Campaign Direct Awards and Impact magazine.
Chris has written for many publications, including the FT, Creative Review, Times, Bodycopy magazine (US), Impact, Creatrix, Third Sector and Brand Republic, as well as contributing to on-line sites. He has also broadcast on Talk Radio and was featured in a Channel 4 documentary on marketing and Working Lunch.
He is about to launch a blog on Brand Republic on ethical marketing.
He has also worked with Hackney Council/The Learning Trust to help disadvantage kids realise their creative potential.
